Terms and Conditions

There is a rescheduling fee of $25 if you are not home
for a pickup or drop off appointment.

Payment is expected upon delivery of washed clothing.
If the customer is not able to pay at the time of delivery,
the delivery will be rescheduled and the $25 fee will be applied.

Any claims of missing clothing must be made
within 48 hours of when the clothes are delivered.

ifluffnfold's maximum liability for any missing or
damaged clothing is equal to the total amount of the current bill.

ifluffnfold is not responsible for any wear and tear
or discoloration that results from washing clothes.

ifluffnfold is not responsible for choosing which items
of clothing to dry clean. Please tell us.
